RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Not in love or set just doesn't fit right? No problem babe. We will happily accept exchange requests 14 days from your delivery date.
We currently only allow exchanges and store credits on all regular priced items within 14 days from the date you received your order. To complete an exchange, the following requirements must be met:
1. All items must be sent back in an unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition
2. All items must be sent back in their original packaging
3. All items must not have any deodorant, make up, sweat or any other substance on them
When trying on your set, please keep all under garments on. We reserve the right to refuse any items that are sent back that do not meet the above requirements.
Please note, we do not provide return labels for returned/exchanged orders, you are responsible for mailing your items back to us (we recommend mailing them back with tracking). We do not reimburse any shipping costs from your original order.
We are not responsible for any courier damage or shipping delays that can happen while in transit back to us.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT:
Please email us at email@example.com with EXCHANGE as the subject line. Please write us a brief description of why you would like to exchange your item and do not forget to include your order number.
We will reply to your request (please allow 2-3 business days) and will send you the mailing address for the return.
Once the return is received, we will inspect the item(s) and if it meets the criteria above we will process the store credit within 5-10 days after receiving and approving the item via email.
Orders that have been previously placed during a sale are unable to be price matched after the sale period.
Items purchased on markdown without a discount code, are marked down over 20% and/or are marked "final sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange.
CANCELLING/MODIFYING AN ORDER:
If you need to cancel your order or an item/items from your order, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and please include your order number as the subject line. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been fulfilled for shipment. Once an item is shipped, it has to go through the exchange process that is stated above.
